Minus The Bear will be releasing an album of remixes that is set to be released on February 20th on Suicide Squeeze. The album will include remixes preformed by Dalek, Battles (Tyondai Braxton), Weird Science, P.O.S., Fog, Jay Clark (Pretty Girls Make Graves), Dark Baby, IQU and more are expected to be announced in the near future.

Jordan Geiger, frontman for Minus Story, has been working on material for his upcoming solo release. He is letting fans download rough mixes of his new songs here or on his MySpace.

According to their publicist, Minus The Bear keyboardist Matt Bayles will be leaving the band to focus on record production work. It was an amicable decision.

In other news, the band will join These Arms Are Snakes, The Blood Brothers, and Crystal Skulls for a hometown show at the Showbox in Seattle this coming January 28th for the Vera Project’s 5-Year Anniversary Party. Following the show, the band will release their new single, "Pachuca Sunrise," and tour all year and release a new video.

The Minus Scale have posted their new EP, For Lack Of Lights, on their MySpace page. All 4 songs are new and up for free download. They would like to encourage you to put the songs on your new year's eve mix and kiss someone at midnight while listening to them.
