When The Jazz June resurfaced in 2014, we tacked them on to the growing list of late-90's emo bands who were making a come back. However, the band didn't just get together for a handful of shows; they released an entire album, After the Earthquake.

Before officially recording the album, The Jazz June threw down a handful of songs at The Headroom in Philly. The songs weren't released to the public with the exception of one track which was featured on a split with Dikembe.

Today in the replies we're streaming a track from this session, an acoustic version of "Edge of Space", a song that was later re-recorded and featured on After the Earthquake. "Edge of Space" was mixed by Sean...

French metalcore band All the Shelters recently performed an acoustic version of their song "At Heaven's Gate" from last year's Famined Records debut Chasing Light. Over the last decade Red Scare Industries has proven to be one of the best punk labels so when they sign a new band it's probably in your best interest to give them a chance. Success hails from Seattle and today we're streaming a song from the band's Red Scare debut, Radio Recovery, which will be released on Tuesday and can be pre-ordered here. These guys would fit right in at Fest and might remind you of Red City Radio. I personally hear a bit of Junior Battles in there and that's possibly because they also recorded this release with Steve Rizun. Listen to "The Impossible Truth" in the replies and let us know what you think. It's a bit softer than the other tracks, but still...

A Will Away are releasing a new EP called Bliss on March 20th via Quiet Fire Media. You might remember when we premiered "Cheap Wine" earlier this month, and today we are streaming the whole EP. It was mixed by Gary Cioffi (Transit, Misser) and mastered by Kris Crummet. The opener "Play Dead" sounds like The American Scene vocally mixed with Listen & Forgive-era Transit musically, while "My Sitter" is a slow burner that is one of the most impressive songs the band has written (it should be a favorite around here). "Ten or Eleven" is the most intense song here, with the chorus approaching screams. Give the whole EP a listen below. If you like what you hear, you can pre-order it.
