Taken from Coolfer: The Wall Street Journal has reported that Snocap, the digital services company founded by Napster creator Shawn Fanning, has partnered with social networking site MySpace. Though the nature of the deal isn't clear, sources told the WSJ that MySpace could get a minority position in Snocap.

More details were given in the LA Times' article about the Snocap/MySpace deal. The download store will be called MyStore and will be out later this year. Below is a huge update from National Product. To summarize what's said below, the band will be entering the studio with James Paul Wisner (New Found Glory, Dashboard Confessional, Underoath, Further Seems Forever, The Academy Is) for 3 months to record their debut full-length. Members of This Is Hell, Up The Fury, Last Conviction and ex members of Subterfuge and The Backup Plan have started a new project title Soldiers. The band's entire Tombestone EP can now be streamed on their Myspace.com page. Rick, This Is Hell guitarist and Subterfuge drummer, is on vocals, Dan, This Is Hell drummer on drums, Andrew, Up The Fury drummer and Backup Plan bassist, is on bass, Chris, Subterfuge vocalist, is on guitar, Audley, Last Conviction guitarist, is on guitar.
