I'll be speaking with Jordan Pundik of New Found Glory again tomorrow at the Hawthorne Theater in Portland, OR as part of the band's Sticks and Stones 10th Anniversary Tour. At Friday's show in Milwaukee, New Found Glory announced that their live album will be released in October and that it will include three new songs. They also hinted at a 10 year Catalyst tour as well.

State Champs have begun working on their full-length debut. The album will be co-produced by New Found Glory's Steve Klein and engineered by Sam Pura at The Panda Studios in Freemont, CA. It's due out in the late summer/early fall 2013.
Chad Gilbert of New Found Glory was shocked by a microphone on stage last night, which caused him to collapse and be taken to a hospital. He has now been released from the hospital and cleared as "all good."
New Found Glory will be doing a west coast run for their "Sticks and Stones" 10th anniversary tour with Cartel and State Champs. The dates can be found in the replies.

New Found Glory's tour date that was supposed to take place last fall was postponed due to Hurricane Sandy. Shai Hulud will be releasing the band's new album, Reach Beyond the Sun, on February 19th, 2013. New music and pre-orders will be available on December 10th and you can listen to a teaser in the replies. Chad Gilbert of New Found Glory produced the record and also reprises his former role with the band by being the vocalist for the record.
A fan has written in that Chad Gilbert of New Found Glory claimed during last night's "Road to Warped UK" show at Nottingham Rock City that the "Warped UK festival in London is a tester," and "if it is well received then Vans will set up a full Warped Tour UK leg in 2013 in major cities around the country."
New Found Glory guitarist Chad Gilbert has partnered with Bridge Nine Records to form Violently Happy Records. The inaugural release will be Candy Hearts' The Best Ways to Disappear EP, which comes out November 6th on digital, CD and vinyl. Read a message from Gilbert in the replies.
