Patent Pending made their live television debut last week by performing on the Billboard Music Awards, and they're keeping the momentum going with a new music video. Head to the replies to watch their video for "I Already Know (She Don't Give A Shit About Me)," which features a ton of fun internet/mobile references. The song comes from the band's latest album, Second Family, which you can still stream on their AP.net profile.

Patent Pending are in the finals of Billboard's Battle of the Bands. You'll be able to stream the show and vote live tonight starting at 11pm EST/8pm PST here. If they win, the band will perform live at the Billboard Music Awards - so be sure to vote.
Bowling For Soup, Patent Pending and The Dollyrots will release a split CD in which they each cover one of the other bands' songs as well as contribute a new, original track. The three groups will also be touring the UK together in October, so expect the split to be out around then.
This Good Robot started as a solo project by former Patent Pending frontman Michael Ragosta. It wasn't long before it became a full band and has since blossomed into an eight-person group. They combine a variety of genres, from indie rock to pop punk to post-hardcore and everything in between. Patent Pending have re-launched their web site with a new merch store. They will have videos forthcoming for "One Less Heart to Break" and "Dance 'Til We Die" from their new record, and the band makes an appearance on the new season of MTV's Silent Library.
