Less Than Jake have officially returned to Fat Wreck Chords and are now signed with the label. The band's new full-length record will be released sometime in the Fall. Some new US tour dates with Pentimento and Hostage Calm can also be found in the replies.

Bandcamp has made Pentimento's new record available once again. The band has been able to generate 1,200 unique download codes for the record which would allow anyone who doesn't have it yet, or anyone who's interested in getting the record in HQ formats to pick it up for free. All you have to get a download code is tweet at them, shoot them a message on Facebook or send an e-mail.

Pentimento's new record was supposed to be released via Paper + Plastick Records/Black Numbers tomorrow, but it seems Panic Records has removed their songs from YouTube channel due to copyright issues, making us uncertain what to expect. The band will be announcing more details about the album's release tomorrow at 1PM EST.
The signing that Paper + Plastick Records was teasing yesterday is Buffalo, NY's Pentimento. The band will release its debut self-titled full-length record on November 13 via the label. Black Numbers will be handling the CD and cassette release of the album. The Swellers will be self-releasing a new EP titled Running Out Of Places To Go on October 16th. You can pre-order the EP here and listen to a new song in the replies. Updating our last post about Pentimento returning to the studio, the band apparently went in to record two new songs and ended up doing a bit more than that.
Pentimento spent the spring recording their debut full-length, but have now written up a lengthy blog post detailing their future plans. They are going back into the studio to record another two songs in order to make sure the album is the product they want to make, then release their first LP in fall. I suggest reading the blog, since it's hilarious.
