The Sequence won the PacTour Battle of the Bands and were selected to open for Saosin, Eye Alaska, POS, and InnerPartySystem on November 6th at the House of Blues in Los Angeles.

There's a lot of bands out here that have a very distinct thing they are trying to get across whether it's a message, a vibe or a style, and then there are a few bands that just outright undue whatever other people are talking about.

Currently, I'm down in Austin, TX for SXSW. As I have for the past few years or so, I'll be giving a daily roundup of what bands I'm seeing, what I'm doing, etc (Day 2).
