Ohhh, Friday. I am completely in this mood right now. I'm starving, but promised myself I'd get this written up before I got to go eat lunch. So, here we go - let's get these power rankings out the door so I can get some foods. I ran out of time last week to get one of these posted, so I went back into last week a little as well to put this together.
Just a tad bit of a cluster fuck on the website this week, so this is going to be fun. It's time for this week's "power rankings." I was putting it off for a few hours because I knew what I had to put at the top, but I just can't put it off any longer. So, here we go. You ready? Yeah. Here's what was popular on the website last week - and my always fun commentary.
It's Friday - and that means it's time to get down. It also means it's time for me to write up this week's power rankings and let my sarcastic side out to play. So, after pouring over the numbers, interjecting a bit of my personal bias, let's see what we've got this week ...
With so much going on around the website today, it took me until 4pm to finally be able to sit down and write this thing. Damn, I'm like an hour away from being able to write this thing with a beer and really see some sparks fly. Lost opportunity. Okay, let's work on this week's "power rankings" and take a look at what bands and topics dominated the website last week.
Another week down the drain. Is it just me or do the days seem to be flying by lately? It was a good week around the website though, lots of good stories - lots of memorable moments. Quite a few "what the..." moments as well. We'll get to those in a minute, for now - here's this week's power ranking list. Sorry it's a little late ... been busy picking my jaw off the floor from "that thread that shall not be named."
Oh, shit! It's Friday the 13th. Freak the fuck out. It was another great week around the website. It started out insane, and thankfully it didn't really ever slow down. It's not like we were ever going to top Monday's awesomeness though. So, in following up last week's debut of the "artist power rankings" - here's this week's list after looking over all the stats. Basically the first day of the week kicked everyone out from last week. Poor Brand New. I wonder what Jesse Lacey thinks?
It's been a strange start to the new year. I spent some time looking over the metrics to see what was popular this last week or so, and it's kind of interesting to see what everyone was reading around the website. For a quick recap, I decided to put together the power rankings of the last week. Basically highlighting the bands that dominated our lives.
