Protest the Hero have finished work on their upcoming sophomore release, Fortress. The album is tentatively set to be released on November 6th in Canada and the US simultaneously, with Underground Operations and Vagrant Records handling each country respectively.

The Holly Springs Disaster has announced that they have signed a Canadian deal with Underground Operations/Universal Canada. Protest The Hero will be entering the studio shortly with Julius Butty (Alexisonfire) to record their new full length. The effort is expected out in October via Underground Operations/Vagrant.

Protest The Hero has just launched a new website and myspace layout. The band will be playing this years PunkSprings Festival in Tokyo, Japan late in March alongside Nofx, Jimmy Eat World and more.
