Rancid have announced some west coast shows during the upcoming tour with the Transplants. Dates are in the replies.

The Transplants will release In a Warzone on June 25th through Epitaph Records and pre-orders are available here. The band is also touring with Rancid the same month and dates are in the replies. The new single can be heard here.

A live set Rancid played in London back in 1995 can be downloaded for free over here. This is the first in a series of live bootlegs the band is giving away.

Jamie T has broken his silence by featuring on a new recording of the Rancid track "Wrongful Suspicison" by Tim Armstrong's group Tim Timebomb and Friends. Check it out in the replies.

Rancid has announced some upcoming shows. Not a complete tour, but some shows while they record a new album.

The 14th annual Punk Rock Bowling will take place on May 25-28 in Las Vegas, NV. The first five bands announced are Rancid, NOFX, Pennywise, The Adicts and The Briefs. Details can be found in the replies.

Rancid confirmed that they will start recording their eighth record in September with Brett Gurewitz. They will also be doing a big tour in 2012 to celebrate their 20th anniversary.

Lars Frederiksen's new project has changed its name to The Old Firm Casuals. The debut 7" single will be released this spring by Oi! the Boat Records.

Lars Frederiksen from Rancid has formed The Old Firm. They have plans to release a 7" soon.

Rancid will be recording live sessions and posting them on their website every Monday. The first one is for a song off of Life Won't Wait titled "Wrongful Suspicion" and it can be seen in the replies.

Devil's Brigade (fronted by Rancid's Matt Freeman) have launched a stream of their debut on facebook. The record will be released on August 31st.

Few things are more exciting than watching Bush finally release America as his eight year hostage, but if anything could rival that news, it's this: We are more than pleased to announce that we will have the honor of touring the US & Canada with punk rock legends RANCID this summer. If Tim Armstrong didn't confirm it personally backstage in LA a few weeks ago, we wouldn't believe it either.

Due to an unfortunate incident at their show last night, Rancid have postponed both the Buffalo and Toronto dates of their tour with Big D and the Kids Table. You can read a statement from Big D and the Kids Table regarding the incident below.

Rancid Shows Postponed

Unfortunately the two shows we have with Rancid on September 1st and 3rd in Toronto and Buffalo have been postponed. Lars from Rancid collapsed on stage last night and is in the hospital for a few days. I'm pretty sure he's okay since they will be resuming the tour on the 4th. I don't know when these shows will be made up. We will still be playing Call the Office in London, ON on Saturday night.

We're all pulling for Lars...

Just to clear some things up, Rancid will NOT be on Sick of It All's 20th Anniversary tour.
