Following their recent disbanding, R.E.M. have announced the release of another greatest hits album entitled Part Lies, Part Heart, Part Truth, Part Garbage: 1982-2011. The album will be out November 15 on Warner Bros. Head to the replies for the tracklisting.

Tonight's REM / Modest Mouse / The National show located at the Nikon @ Jones Beach Amphitheater was evacuated after lightning hit the facility, "causing sparks to fly from the building". One person sustained injuries, though the venue would not say whether the two incidents were related.
