Amp recently interviewed Rock For Health, an organization which helps bands get hooked up with medical insurance.

OurStage has teamed up with Rock for Health, a nonprofit that advocates health and preventative care for musicians, since 96% do not have health care. For every fan that joins OurStage, they will donate $2 to RFH, and for every band that joins, they will donate $10. OurStage provides performance opportunities and career-launching opportunities as bands are judged in monthly competitions.
