The track, a cover of The Human League, which features Reel Big Fish frontman Aaron Barrett, is set to appear on the group's forthcoming split release, Duet All Night Long, alongside Barrett's personal act. Duet All Night Long is scheduled to see release on February 20th via Reignition Recordings.
The nine nominees for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame are Van Halen, R.E.M., Grandmaster Flash, Chic, Patti Smith, The Dave Clark Five, The Ronettes, Joe Tex, and The Stooges. Five of the nine will be selected for induction; the ceremony will be on March 12, 2007. Who do you think will make it?

He co-produced the record with Steve Jordan, and his Myspace has the lead single, "Wating On the World To Change," available for streaming. Continuum features new songs, reworked John Mayer Trio songs, and a cover of Jimi Hendrix's "Bold As Love."

Check out a pic from the "in progress" setup from NJ's Newest Venue, the School Of Rock. The new venue will be located in South Hackensack, NJ - right by Paramus, and right off RT80. The stage you see will be bigger prior to the venue opening, along with a hanging PA system from the ceiling, and an additional light truss at the rear of the stage.
MC Lars' upcoming album, The Graduate features a song called "Signing Emo," and in that song, Absolutepunk.net gets a brief mention. Check the song out on his Myspace; it's funny shit. The album comes out March 21st on Horris Records (you can currently buy it on iTunes).
