Modern Baseball hit the No. 84 spot on this week's Billboard 200, moving 4,473 units in first-week sales of You're Gonna Miss It All. In case anyone is keeping track, they charted one spot above Daughtry and only five spots behind Nickelback. They also topped the vinyl sales chart. Congrats to the band, their management and Run For Cover Records!

Seahaven has announced that Reverie Lagoon: Music For Escapism Only will be released on March 25 via Run For Cover. The album was engineered and mixed by Ben Brodin (Bight Eyes, Pete Yorn), and produced by Seahaven's Kyle Soto at Mike Mogis' ARC recording studio in Omaha, NE. The "Silhouette (Latin Skin)" 7-inch is still available for preorder and it drops next week.

We discussed the killer 2013 RFC is having thus far and a bunch of cool insider-type topics that most people may not know about smaller labels and how they operate. My motivation for graduating college was pretty much solely to have time to get a handle on Run For Cover, and when I got my last semester of grades and knew I graduated, it was definitely one of the happiest and relieving moments of my life. According to questions answered on Run For Cover Record's tumblr, Tigers Jaw finished their fourth full length prior to announcing their hiatus. They also hinted that an announcement regarding it may be made sometime in the near future.

Today, we are excited to announce that in addition to the Topshelf Records showcase on October 19, we will be sponsoring Run For Cover Records' CMJ Showcase on Saturday, October 20 in Brooklyn, NY. The showcase begins at noon and runs until 6 p.m., and will feature Tigers Jaw, Koji, Turnover, Pity Sex, Young Statues, Ghost Thrower and one special guest which hasn't been announced yet. Man Overboard's Real Talk has been pressed for a third time by Run for Cover Records. They'll be shipping in mid-June. The pressing info is 200 blue/white marble, 500 clear blue, and 800 white units, with the clear blue being exclusive to Hot Topic.
