You thought Senses Fail could only melt faces? How ignorant. Believe it or not, they are formidable DJs. At least, someone in Maryland thinks so, as they have been chosen to DJ here. Check out the replies for more information.

Senses Fail have updated their blog regarding new songs.
Update If you've been keeping up with our blogs on myspace and sensesfail.com, you know we've been writing and recording demos in the basement. Well, we have 8 songs completed and recorded and we are all extremely happy with them. I could sit here all day and describe what they sound like, but then I'd sound like that butt-hole who compares every part of one song to 40 different bands and music-styles. Nope, instead I'm just going to tell you that it sounds like we keep getting better at what we do: Riffs, guitar solos, vocal hooks and retarded-esque drumming.

We've been filming the whole process, so expect to see some video...

Blog from MikeThis may have come as a shock to some, but it is a decision that took me more than three years to make and an extremely hard decision at that. But as you all have probably read, I have decided to move on from Senses Fail.

I am a person who always follows my heart and my gut, and have been this way most of my life. No regrets, no questions – I just get things done the best way I can and try to enjoy everything I am blessed with.

In my 25 years, with the support of my loving family, I have had the opportunity to...

Bassist Mike Glita has left Senses Fail. The band announced his departure in a myspace bulletin, which you can read below.
BulletinDear Loyal Fans,

We regret to inform you today that our bassist, Mike Glita, has decided to part ways with the band. There are no hard feelings involved with his decision; Mike simply wants to move on and pursue personal ventures and feats he has put on hold for the last 5 years. We all had a good talk about it and wish him nothing but the best.

Something Mike would like to say to the fans: "Thanks to everyone who supported the band and me through 'thick and thin' over the past 5 ½ years. You'll be missed greatly."

As for the four of us (Buddy, Dan,...

Message From The BandThe co-headlining tour with New Found Glory ended last night and we're on our way home now. This time around we are driving home in the bus and have made a stop in Amarillo, TX at a hotel with a Friday's in it. We all ate and showered up. Some of the guys went out to a bar, I stayed in the room with Shawn. TV sucks and we're all bummed out that this tour had to end. This past tour has been the most fun we've ever had. We hung out and had fun every night with NFG and The Receiving End of Sirens. We made new friends with everyone in Set Your Goals, Dr. Manhattan, and A Cursive Memory. Hung out with old...

Buddy Nielsen of Senses Fail has started a personal blog and has written a response to a post made earlier today on absolutepunk.net.
BlogWelcome to my blog. I will be posting as much as possible. From time to time about intersting things that happen in my life and I would love to share them with you. So feel free to leave comments and let me know how you feel. I read a very interesting post today on absolutepunk.net, it was pertaining to a post our bass player MIke Glita made about Senses Fail current events. A young man wrote a little paragraph about how Senses Fail sucks and Heath really made our last record something special. I agree with the latter part of the statement 100% but...

Senses Fail has posted an update on their current situation. Read it below.
MessageMike here. I figured we'd let you know what's going on in the world of Senses Fail. We have a lot of new things brewing. First off, while we've been rehearsing we've been writing some new material in our time off. So far we have 2 new tunes. I'd say the best way to describe them is beefy, if that makes sense to any of you. One is pretty brutal sounding and the other has a bigger rock sound. But they will both have the lovely "Senses Fail" hooks you all know.

We also will be doing our Fall Co-Headlining Tour with New Found Glory and special guests Set Your Goals and others. Some of the dates are on sale...
