Set Your Goals' new album is complete and has a tentative release date of July 21, 2009. Their new label will announce their signing next week, also.

Last night, at the Set Your Goals show, at the Troubadour in West Hollywood, the band played their Reset EP and Mutiny album from beginning to end. This was their first time doing this.

I think the biggest misconception about becoming a tour manager is that you're gonna graduate with a music degree, send in your resume, and someone's gonna be like, 'Yeah, lemme take you out!' When you're in a band with people, they have to TRUST you. I'm handling SYG's money everyday. I'm handling thousands of dollars. There's a huge responsibility.

Matt: "SYG: New album anticipated for release in 2025" - registered ap.net user. Hahaha but in all seriousness, we have been working on new material and plan to record this Fall/ Winter and have the new record out by next Spring or Summer (tentatively). We will most likely be putting "The Fallen" up online in the next few weeks so keep your eyes peeled!

Set Your Goals will be releasing a vinyl version of Mutiny! on April 29th, as well as a deluxe edition of that album featuring another disc with rare demos and footage which comes out on May 13th.
