Below you can find my review for last night's My Chemical Romance show, which took place at The Trocadero in Philadelphia, PA. The show was taped for MTV2's $2 Bill series and will air on Saturday, September 16th at 8:00PM. The band's new album, The Black Parade, will see the light of day on October 24th.
The Early November are playing a very small, private show tomorrow in Howell, NJ at 8:00PM and you and a friend can win tickets. Here's how to win:

I've attached a few pictures from AP.net's Melee show on Thursday night at the Apple store in Santa Monica. These are just a couple preliminary shots that a friend of mine took- more pictures will be coming in soon and once I get those, I'll be posting them on here. The fans and the band all had a lot of fun so look out for more of these Apple store performances in the future!
Due to the incredible response at their one-time reunion show this past Saturday, Starpool has announced the details surrounding one more show, in which the band will support The English Beat. You can find all the event details below.
Meg & Dia will be in New York City this Thursday. They will be doing a special acoustic in-store performance at the Virgin Megastore in Union Square and their record release show is later that night. You can check out the info below:
Motion City Soundtrack will be playing what possibly could be their last club show of the year on September 4th at the Temple Club in Lansing, MI. The Hard Lessons, June and Sherwood will be opening. On a side note, The Hard Lessons will be supporting the band on their upcoming European headlining tour along with OK Go.
Boysetsfire has been forced to postpone their final show, originally scheduled for September in Philadelphia, due to an injury sustained by guitarist Josh Latshaw. The group released the following statement:
To those of you in the LA area, Hot Hot Heat will be playing tonight at USC's Welcome Back Concert, on campus at McCarthy Quad. It is free to the public and opening is Big City Rock and Katy Perry. The show starts at 7:30.
A special episode of Stevenís Untitled Rock Show has itís debut airing tonight @ 6pm CST on Fuse, featuring a live performance by The Forecast, as well as videos by Hawthorne Heights, The Sleeping, June, Aiden, Silverstein, and Bayside.
Long Shot Hero are set to perform one last time on the Ernie Ball Stage at the Vans Warped Tour Stop in Scranton, PA on August 4th. The band will perform with the majority of their original lineup, but will feature Dave Rossi of SGR on drums, as well as Matt Muller from Too Short Notice on guitar.
Due to their trailer being broken into and the majority of their equipment being stolen, The Spill Canvas will not be able to make it to their show in Grand Rapids, MI this evening; however, the band will back in action for the Kingston, PA date.

The clip features 30 Seconds to Mars treating a Fuse production assistant like a... well, like a production assistant. As you can see, the show follows the path of a young dude struggling to survive as a production assistant behind the scenes of the music and entertainment industry - premieres Tuesday, August 15th at 10:30pm.
Due to circumstances out of their control, My Chemical Romance have to cancel their August 6th show that was to take place at Red Rocks. Tickets will be refunded at the place of purchase and the band promises to get back to Denver as soon as humanly possible.

Don't forget Dashboard Confessional will be performing on NBC's Today Show on Thursday, July 27th for a live concert in the center of New York City. Fans are encouraged to come to the plaze for the performance. Get there no later than 8:30AM; viewing is on a first-come, first-served basis outside the studio, which is located at 49th Street and Rockefeller Plaza in NYC. If you can't make it, be sure to tune in.
