Socratic have posted a new song on their myspace and have announced their summer tour with Bedlight For Blue Eyes, Driving East, and Mercy Mercedes. Official dates will be announced soon. Socratic's new album Spread the Rumors (produced by Mark Hoppus) is only $8 and can be found on iTunes and Best Buys everywhere.
Socratic drops Spread The Rumors on May 6th, so we've posted a musical sampler platter on the band's AP.net Profile. There are two ABSOLUTExclusive tracks you can stream and a third song you can download for free.

Socratic have launched an exclusive, tour-only pre-order for their forthcoming, full-length effort, which is scheduled to see release next February courtesy of Drive-Thru Records. The album, in addition to a free t-shirt of your choice, will be available at any of the group's upcoming performances. The quintet are currently touring in support of their latest offering, Just Turn, which is available for free via the label.
Socratic will be going out on their last set of dates with The High Court before they go into the studio to record their next album. Dates can be seen in the replies.
The Junior Varsity will be doing a short headlining run with Socratic, Damiera, and Weatherbox. The band will be playing a few new songs on the way back home to finish writing their follow up to Wide Eyed.
