Alkaline Trio will be headlining a charity concert on December 14th in Hollywood for UCP Wheels for Humanity. The Gaslight Anthem and Broadway Calls will also be playing - details are in the replies.

Rise Against have canceled their show at the Verizon Wireless Theatre in Houston, TX tonight due to Tim McIlraith’s voice. Refunds are available at point of purchase. Please note that Thrice, Alkaline Trio and The Gaslight Anthem will be playing at the House of Blues tonight instead. Tickets from the Verizon Wireless Theatre will not be honored. New tickets will need to be purchased at the door.

The Gaslight Anthem will release their new album The '59 Sound via Side One Dummy Records on August 19, 2008. The guys are currently finishing up the recording process with producer Ted Hutt (Flogging Molly, Bouncing Souls).

Hot Water Music and The Gaslight Anthem are just two of the bands that will be playing The Shirts for a Cure Project SXSW party. Find out more below.

The Shirts for a Cure Project is proud to announce this year’s SXSW day party will feature Hot Water Music, Paint It Black, Dead To Me, The Gaslight Anthem and Drive By. This will be Hot Water Music’s ONLY appearance during SXSW. This FREE event will be held at Red 7 (611 East 7th Street) on Friday March 14th, doors open at noon sharp.

There will be limited space at this event, so please arrive early to be assured entry.

The Gaslight Anthem's Senor and the Queen EP has been pushed back from January 29 to February 12. Copies of the EP may be found in stores before the new release date, the band will have copies to sell on tour beginning February 7, and also check out Sabot Productions for pre-order info.
