"The Coldest Heart" first appeared on the band's debut album, Albatross, and now they've revisited it for What Was Done Vol I, a collection of revisited and acoustic songs from the band's incredible collection of songs over the past decade. The Classic Crime are celebrating a decade of existence, and to celebrate, they're going to record 10 acoustic "re-imagined" versions of songs from the very beginning of their career, all the way to present. To do this, they've started another Kickstarter project, which you can check out here.
Update: The Kickstarter has already surpassed its $15,000 goal in less than a day.
The Classic Crime have posted a brand new music video for "What I'd Give Up", which you can view in the replies. The video was shot on three iPhone 5's, while the band was on a recent tour stop in Las Vegas, NV. You can purchase the band's current album, Phoenix, here.

The Rocket Summer is heading out on a headline tour from November 1st through 15th with special guests William Beckett and The Classic Crime (they will also be playing a one off show with Switchfoot). Dates can be found in the replies.

In an overwhelming show of support from fans, The Classic Crime's $30,000 Kickstarter for their new album has already been funded and then some in less than a day. Any money beyond the goal will be used to support the upcoming tour and on the marketing of their new album.
The Classic Crime recently performed a brand new untitled song at their annual Christmas show in Seattle. You can check it out in the replies. The band recently parted ways with Tooth & Nail Records and will be recording their 4th full length album in January.
The Classic Crime are no longer with Tooth and Nail Records, and their guitar player Justin Duque has left the band to focus on his new born baby. The band's lead singer has started a side project called The Vocal Few with his wife.
The Classic Crimehave left Tooth & Nail. The band plans to record an album this summer, with a tentative release scheduled for January. Also, vocalist Matt MacDonald is working on an acoustic solo EP for future release.
