The Sequence won the PacTour Battle of the Bands and were selected to open for Saosin, Eye Alaska, POS, and InnerPartySystem on November 6th at the House of Blues in Los Angeles.

The Sequence, featured in this month's issue of Alternative Press, is looking for a second guitarist. The applicant must live in the Southern California area or be willing to relocate and must be a talented backup vocalist as well. The Sequence have been invited to perform before tomorrow's LA Galaxy-Chivas USA Major League Soccer game. For those going to the game, they will be playing at 6:30 PM at SoccerFest at the Home Depot Center in Los Angeles.

The Sequence has named Travis Van Hoff as their new singer and they will be heading into the studio the first week of November to record a brand new EP.

Singer Matt Carmichael is no longer a part of The Sequence.
From the BandWe unfortunately have had to part ways with our singer, Matt. He was unsure of how to prioritize his life, and felt as if The Sequence wasn't something that was important to him as it used to be. With that being said, we understand Matt's decision, and we wish him all the luck in his future endeavors.
