Killswitch Engage has titled their upcoming album As Daylight Dies. Produced by guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz, it will be released on November 21st via Roadrunner Records. Bassist Mike D'Antonio told MTV.com:
In case you're bored tonight and are looking for some sweet new tunes, don't forget that we've got The Working Title's new album, about-face, streaming in its entirety on the band's AP.net profile, along with some very cool "behind the music" write-ups for each song. about-face hits stores on Tuesday.
You know those sweet write-ups Thrice has done for each song on their past couple albums? Well, we got Joel of The Working Title to do a similar thing for his band's new record, about-face - make sure to check that out (it's really cool, I promise) on the band's AP.net profile, where you can also stream the new album in its entirety. about-face hits stores on Tuesday and comes highly recommended by me.
The Working Title will be debuting a new song each week from their upcoming release about-face on pureVOLUME.com until the release of the album on July 18th; several songs are already up now. The Working Title is currently on tour with mewithoutYou, will be playing Summerfest in Milwaukee on July 6th, have a few shows with Blackpool Lights lined up, and then will be on tour for 3 weeks with the Counting Crows; all the tour dates can be found on the band's MySpace page. Also, the band's Chris Mills-directed video for "The Mary Getaway" should be done in...
The Working Title has posted a new song on their Myspace.com page titled, "This is Not Glorious". They will also be adding a new song from their new record, About Face, until it hits shelves July 18th.
According to the Militia Group newsletter, Copeland is in the studio tracking their upcoming third full-length record. The record is named Elegance for Transience, and is produced by Matt Goldman with a scheduled release on October 31st.
The Working Title's new album, About Face, is set to hit stores on July 18th; in the meantime, the band has dates lined up with mewithoutYou in June and then with The Counting Crows in July and August (we'll post all the dates as soon as we get them). The band is also shooting a video for "The Mary Getaway" on Thursday with director Chris Mills.
The Decemberists upcoming album will be titled, The Crane Wife. Quite a title, yes? There is a happy glut of songs to choose from -- some 22 in all at last count -- before it's wittled down to album-length, with a few of them clocking in at the 10 minute mark (always makes the label people happy).
Down to Earth Approach's new album will be called Come Back to You; keep up with the band as they're recording their new album by visiting the studio journal on their web site. Don't forget to download their acoustic EP for free on their AP.net profile.
