Tokyo Police Club will be heading into the studio soon to record their debut full length album with producer Peter Katis (Interpol, The National). The album is set to come out early next year through Saddle Creek.
Tokyo Police Club have started working on their debut full-length album. They were in the studio a few weeks ago with Jon Drew, the same producer who did their A Lesson in Crime EP. They will also be fairly busy on the road in the next few months.
Cold War Kids have announced the rest of their dates on their spring tour (the dates starting in March will be with Tokyo Police Club). The band is also finishing up their new video for "Hang Me Up To Dry," directed by The Malloy Brothers (White Stripes, Foo Fighters, Wolfmother) and was shot on black and white reversal film to give it an "old movie" feel. Expect that to be released soon.
