I find myself being extremely picky with music festivals in my old age, but the ridiculous(ly awesome) lineup at Riot Fest Toronto left me no choice but to make plans to attend. Over the past few weeks, I have been trying to finalize a schedule so I can make sure to catch every band I'm eager to see, but it took me only a few minutes upon starting on an actual list to say "Screw it, I'm just going to roam around, enjoy good music as I go, and have some delicious food and beer." That seems about as solid of a plan as it gets with my experience at festivals, except there are 5 bands at this year's Toronto Riot Fest that I will most definitely make sure to see -- rain or shine. Tokyo Police Club, Comeback Kid, Hollerado, Dvbbs and The Faceless will be headlining the 2013 S.C.E.N.E. Music Festival in St. Catharines, Ontario on June 9th. Tickets go on sale this Thursday.

From the BandI'm supposed to tell you guys that we're working on new stuff. So get excited for that in like 6 or 7 months I guess. Ideal excitement plan: get a little excited now, let it build slowly to a fever pitch, when the record comes out buy 12 without thinking. Boo yeah!

Tokyo Police Club are in the middle of their "Champ Championship", where fans have been challenging the band to a competition of their choosing.
