A Loss For Words are throwing an extravaganza for the release of their covers album, Motown Classics, on May 14th at the Palladium in Worcester, MA. Everyone in attendance will receive a free 5-song sampler of the CD. Also on the bill are The Wonder Years, Lions Lions, Transit, and more. Flyer in the replies.
The split between Man Overboard and Transit comes out December 8th, and the bands will be playing release shows this weekend in Philadelphia, PA (12/5 with Hit the Lights) and Haverhill, MA (12/6 with Defeater). The first person to reply for each show will win a pair of tickets. Show details can be found in the replies.

The Transit War's new record is now finished. The still yet untitled album was produced by Joe Marlett (Relient K, Denver Harbor, QOTSA) and will be out late summer/early fall on Orange Peal Records. The Transit War start their tour with Zolof the Rock N' Roll Destroyer and River City High tomorrow (5/5) in Philadelphia, PA. The tour will run until mid June. Below are the dates so far.
The Transit War has dropped off the east coast portion of the Panic Division / Aphasia tour in order to put the finishing touches on a couple songs before their new album's deadline. The band did not lose files as previously reported. The band had no choice and this was the only time to do this. They will resume the tour April 11th in West Dundee, IL. The Transit War has done gone to Austin to finish recording their new album which should be out this summer. The band has set up a webcam via Yahoo! Messenger so that you can be a part of the process; the screen name is "thetransitwar." A slew of pictures, journals, videos, and other goodies will be posted on the band's MySpace page in the coming weeks.
