Underminded have reunited and are recording new demos for a release sometime next year.

Looks like Underminded are getting the old band back together. Two songs have been written so far, "I Heard You Fucked The Band, The Crew, The Merch Dude, and Detroit Warped Tour" and "Fuck Your Band and Fuck You."

Underminded are back from their hiatus, and will playing their first show back in February.

Message From the Band

It's been awhile since we've announced anything. I guess we've been in hiding for awhile. We're getting lots of emails from people wondering whats going on with us and the future of the band. I'll keep this short and sweet. We're just taking a long needed break. We're not breaking up. We're not doing an "indefinite hiatus". We're just taking a break for now. We have been constantly touring since 2001 and, in all honesty, we're just burnt out right now. There was plans to play the show in Bakerfield w/Scary Kids in a few weeks, but it's not going to happen for us. Our apologies. We will keep...

Underminded have posted a brand new demo titled "Great American Sob Story" up on their Myspace page. The band will wrap up their tour with Folly this week and are heading out for a month with The Human Abstract from late May to the end of June.

Underminded have titled their upcoming sophomore album Eleven:Eleven. The band will hit Maple Studios on February 20th to record with producer Sergio Chavez (Evanescence, Tsunami Bomb). A Summer 2006 release slated via Broken Sounds/Kung Fu Records.
