A new site has cropped up allowing "unsigned bands to submit their music to a panel of industry insiders who will provide them with the advice and know-how they need in order to make themselves a more attractive prospect to just these people." Check out The Unsigned Band Review and let us know if you think this is a good tool for unsigned bands.
