Thursday sent out a
Myspace Bulletin telling everyone to check out their
profile to get an in-studio update as they work on their new album. You can read the update below.
Thursday Update "So we're back up in Fredonia starting on the 2nd recording session with Dave Fridmann. The songs are turning out amazing. Yesterday Dave had me recording guitar tracks through a ripped 12" speaker that was laying on the floor. Let's just say I was surprised to hear how good it sounded. It's crazy how quickly everything is going this time around. We already will have recorded 10 songs by the end of today; some are in various stages of completion, but they all feel really good. We can't wait to... Jared Kaufman on 12/01/05 - 01:35 PM41 Replies -

Below is Tom Delonge's latest journal entry from
MacbethFootwear.com :
Tom Delonge Journal Entry so here is some news for you.....First of all, anybody claiming they heard demos are full of shit. They are hearing old shitty recordings of blink, the music does not sound like blink or box car, so the speculation should end there. Second, the song to be released on December 13 is finished, but the label is too excited to release just a song, so at the last minute it got changed. Let's see, third, it isn't some depressing emo project, it is music that is best described as.....well, the best stuff I have ever done.....too vague?.....well, I promise my fans will like this the most out of... Below is an update from
The Static Age :
The Static Age Update While we realize we haven't been out on the road much since our tours over the Summer and into September, The Static Age is far from hibernation. When we're not actually touring (and Adam isn't modeling women's jeans), we do things like focus on writing the next album (a task that, thanks to a good bout of mania, now involves cutting down our number of "keepers" from 28 to 15 or so), hold drummer tryouts, look into a fifth member, plan some extensive touring (including European dates that we'll have more information about shortly), begin talks with potential new management, and the like.
That said, we think we have a... Rohan Kohli on 11/17/05 - 08:21 PM1 Replies -

Over It recently updated their tour journal and you can read that below. The band is currently on tour with
MXPX ,
Relient K and
Rufio .
Over it Tour Update Okay, remember how MxPx's bus broke down two days ago and we carried some of them away from Michigan Stage? Well I went to sleep early last night and I didn't have any idea we'd be doing the same thing. I woke up in the middle of the night at an Airport. We followed some of the tour folks back to East Lansing to return the van they rented... and at 4am we picked up Tommy (Tour Manager/Legend), Tim (Monitors) and Jeff (Production Mangager) to complete the rest of the drive to Detroit. We rolled into Mo-town at 6am and checked into one... Frank Giaramita on 11/10/05 - 07:15 PM12 Replies -

pureVOLUME and do so.

Yall have to understand that we are poor and we dont have a bank (record label) to jump start us. ... Speaking of DIY, our friend Billy has offered to put out a Broken Parachute single (the Northstar stuff we never officially released.... I guess it... Rohan Kohli on 11/10/05 - 06:49 PM29 Replies -
