As a follow-up to this post, someone ran some numbers for us. Epitaph is actually leading Victory .36% to .35% in market share - and Sub-Pop is leading both with .43%.
Thursday will be releasing a new DVD/CD retrospective on Victory Records later this year. The DVD will span the last nine years of their career with lots of live footage, and the CD will have some new tracks as well as re-workings of popular songs (b-sides, etc.)

1997, one of Victory Records' newest signings, left for the studio in California today. Their Victory debut will be recorded with Cameron Webb (Motorhead, Silverstein, Ignite), and should be in stores in late April or early May.
Victory Records has filed a lawsuit against Carbon Copy Media (JT of Hawthorne Height's label). You can download a PDF of the lawsuit in the replies to this post.
