One of our users talked with Aaron of Whole Wheat Bread last night and found out the situation on their bassist, Nick, who was arrested awhile back. Here's what was said:

I spoke with Aaron last night at the Reel Big Fish/MxPx show and he mentioned that C.J. is the new bassist and Nick was sentenced to 7 years in prison.

According to a blog posted on their Myspace, Whole Wheat Bread bassist Nick Largen has been arrested on charges of first degree robbery and will not be on their upcoming tour with Reel Big Fish, MXPX, and Streetlight Manifesto. However, there are no plans for the band to cancel any upcoming shows.

Whole Wheat Bread, in addition to Streetlight Manifesto, has been announced as support for this summer's Reel Big Fish/MXPX co-headlining tour. Expect dates to appear shortly.

Florida punkers Whole Wheat Bread will enter the studio this month with producer Travis Huff (Fall Out Boy, Yellowcard) to work on an EP.
