Fearless Records and Plain White Ts will be releasing the Hey There Delilah CD on May 9, 2006. You can listen to one of the songs from the CD by going to Plain White T's MySpace page. The CD (enhanced) will include a new studio version of "Hey There Delilah" plus 4 band new songs recorded and produced by Sean O'Keefe (Fallout Boy, Hawthorne Heights, Motion City Soundtrack). In addition, there will be a live audio version of "Hey There Delilah" recorded from a sold out show at The Metro in Chicago. Plain White Ts' are finishing mixing their next EP entitled, The Hey There Delilah EP. They'll be starting their tour with Motion City Soundtrack and Ok GO on February 15th, you can head to their website for ticket information. The band is also confirmed for this years Warped Tour.
The White Stripes will be appearing on an episode of The Simpsons soon. It will be called "Jazzy And The Pussycats" and features Jack and Meg playing themselves, meeting up with Bart (who is trying to become a jazz drummer) in a parody of their video "The Hardest Button to Button". No details on an air date have been announced yet.

The Plain White T's have a busy schedule ahead of them after the holidays: first, they will be entering the studio with Sean O'Keefe (Hawthorne Heights, Fall Out Boy) to record an EP called Hey There, Deliliah in January. They will then be shooting a video for "Hey There, Delilah" with video director Jay Martin (Thrice, Matchbook Romance, Gatsbys American Dream), and finally, they will be heading out on the road with Motion City Soundtrack.
