You can check out our interview with new Velocity/Rise band ISSUES here. This band features former members of Woe, Is Me, and the band have just wrapped up recording a debut EP with producer/engineer Kris Crummett.
From The Interview"We have the knowledge of a band that's risen to the top, but we have the heart of a starting new, and working our way back up. It's cool, because it's kept us grounded, but the knowledge has kept us motivated with what to do. We're working really hard, and it's definitely a hustle, but at least we have the fans that are craving stuff."

Check out our interview with Woe, Is Me here. We discuss member departures, as well as their upcoming sophomore album.
From The InterviewFrom the beginning, we've always gone with our buddy Cameron Mizell at Chango Studios [in Orlando, FL]. We had actually had a few producers lined up, and at the end of the day, Cameron added such a unique sound to our band and that was something we couldn't escape from. We didn't want to go with someone else and then miss out on the orchestral and synth effects that he added; he'll definitely be the one recording and engineering. We're talking about having Joey Sturgis come on to do the mixing and mastering, and bring on Caleb Shomo [Attack Attack] possibly...

Tyler Carter is leaving Woe, Is Me. A statement from Tyler can be found below.
Tyler CarterIt's not an easy step to make, but I can't go on living a dream that I no longer have full interest in. I love the fans, and I hope the true ones will stick with Woe, Is Me and myself even after my departure. Don't be ignorant to the situation--it's nothing personal with the boys, I love them all. I just can't fake passion that I once had. I always preach to my fans, "Follow your dreams," and I need to take my own advice. My dreams are not fully achieved. I achieved several with the band, but I have many more goals to reach. This lifestyle, "rock 'n' roll" and what it consists of just isn't for me...
