WOO! its finally here. its opening day and i couldnt be more excited. this will be a great season for baseball. new teams with many new sights ahead of them. what are your predicitons for the winners of each divison?

mine:

NL East - Braves, they have the mindset
NL Central - Astros, new pitching will help them so much
NL West - Giants, sturdy line up all the way around
NL Wildcard - Cubs, it will be very close between the cubs, marlins, phils, dogers, the list goes on and on but im going with the cubbies

AL East - Yankees, i fucking hate them, but they are good
AL Central - Royals, if they play small ball then they will have a good shot at it
AL West - Angels, with Vlad and other new players, they have the boost they will need to win it
AL Wildcard - Red Sox, sorry O's, its gonna be a good battle but i just dont think that they can beat out the Sox

I am definatly hoping that teh Braves can pull one of their wonder seasons again. They always seem to pull out a winning team no matter what players they have. This year they have taken a strong hit to their pitching so who knows. But, go Braves!

Not a huge ball fan, now that my favorite player left the Rangers, and haven't really been big into ball since the Indians started sucking.

How exactly is ARod doing in NY?
He's doing alright, last I heard he got hit by a pitch or something and got hurt, but im sure hes back now, I think he did alright in pre-season.

Yeah he got hit in the eye in a pre-season game, a ball bounced off a some Red Sox player's foot while he was sliding into third and hit Arod in the eye but I think he's doing fine..and yeah he had a pretty good pre-season

Go Mets!.....3-2 in the 2nd....if they beat the Braves, I'll be happy for the rest of the season...that's sad.

They were up 7-2 the last time I checked. I sure hope the Braves rebuild this year but still win like they always do. Im glad to hear that ARod is doing good because if he wasnt that would be a couple hundred million to waste.
