You've just become the coolest person on the forums. I'm 17 and I've been playing since I was 7.

Soccer seems to be really blowing up in the States these day eh? I just saw a poster of Andriy Shevchenko modeling sunglasses on 5th ave. - and that boy ain't good looking ;) [excellent striker tho]

Ha...12 years? Try 15 going on 16! :) I started preseason a week ago...haven't been able to play full time though because I broke my foot back in October and I'm still in recovery...*sigh*...we have a scrimmage on our new soccer field this evening under the lights (yay!) in front of the president of our school tonight. I have to wear a freakin' yellow penny all the time though so people won't mindlessly take me out and potentially hurt my foot again. :/ I have to go get orthodics too! ARG! Damn foot...word to the wise, don't break your foot!

Haha HEY you have a few years on me to begin with! You started playing when I was born haha.

But yeah, don't dislocate your knee cap either!! It tears the ligaments in your knee and you have to do all sorts of therapy and stuff and blah!!! That kept me out a majority of last season and the first few weeks of basketball. :(

that's awesome. summer soccer was the best..my team would always play tournaments far away so we would stay in hotels and that was the best part haha. i played with the same travel team from 4th through 8th grade so we were all really tight..it was so chill. and we ruled too :lol2:
