Stand by me was stephen king? wow....i had no clue. King is the man hahha.

this was tough then...i love Stand by me, shawshawnk, mist, dreamcatcher, carrie, 1408, green mile, etc.......i decided to go with a horror movie, so I went with my recent love affair for the mist.

Shawshank is my favorite on that list. The Shinning, The Green Mile, IT, and Misery are great movies as well.

voted for stand by me. tough choice though. IT, secret window, creepshow, shawshank, and the shining are all good. 1408 was pretty bad though

Edit: i forgot misery, that was a damn good movie too.

I really liked 1408 but I had to say The Shining. Creepiest movie I've ever seen which is all I can think of when I think of Stephen King.

went with Silver Bullet, as that movie is my first memory of a Horror movie...and it made me jump/scream and wake up my friends parents at the house I was staying over at.

but I also liked The Mist a lot, and one that was not mentioned that I liked was Tommyknockers.
