If you have seen the original, you should know the parents' revenge only makes up pretty much the last third of the film. Isn't it better to leave that as a cool plot twist instead of giving it away in the trailer? And the trailer even shows how they kill them too.

It even looks like the daughter survives, or at least lives long enough to tell her parents what happened, which is different from the original and is totally not needed in the trailer.

7/10 One of the few horror remakes that is much better than the original. Plus Garret Dillahunt's performance is terrific and him getting his head exploded in a microwave from fucking sweet.

never saw the original...the remake is ok. nothing spectacular but i havent seen a horror movie that i really loved since like house of 1000 corpses and devils rejects. i know some people hate them but the seem a little original to me. i would give this remke a 6 or so out of 10.
