Panic Records has signed Syracuse, NY pop punk act Of Fortune & Fame. The band will release...
Of Fortune & Fame take a direct approach to the popular pop punk genre with their latest, Perspective.
When Shane Conzone (Bass) and Matt Travers (Guitar) decided to travel away from the hardcore they were raised on and let their writing be influenced by the likes New Found Glory, it paid off. Declaring their new album Perspective as the latest in “the foundation of this place.” Listeners can take that “place” as being the pop punk scene. Of Fortune & Fames’ fast paced youthful energy in songs like “Trenches” is only surpassed by the lyrical essence in soon to be anthems, “Wembridge Drive” and “Without Words.” Making Perspective an EP to that will put Of Fortune & Fame on the map and a strong contender in the Pop-Punk genre.
In just two years Of Fortune and Fame have seen their share of venue stages up and down the East Coast. With two tours and an EP already pinned down, Of Fortune and Fame are ready to continue their exploration with a new perspective on a well-known style.
