Note: This list is not necessarily meant to be what I feel are the best albums released during the last 10 years, but rather more of a collection of my personal favorites and those records that impacted me the most. Being that I listened almost exclusively to pop-punk and nu metal for the first half of the decade, the list reflects accordingly. Also every band was limited to one album, since the "real list" would then only include a handful of bands or be really long.
