Pillage & Plunder are one of the those bands I think you should just hit the replies and push play to fully experience. It's got this rockabilly-jazz-punk vibe that I think is pretty damn fun. The track comes from the band's upcoming album, The Show Must Go Wrong, which is due out August 5th.

Bands that are fun loving and kind of chill are always talked about in conjunction with the seasons, which is bogus. Because really, the only thing less interesting than talking about the weather is writing about it, so we won't do that. Instead what we'll do is introduce you to the laid-back hazy-pop cool dudes in No Nets. Their new album, Affable & Ready For Small Talk drops on May 20th, but right here this very moment we have the organ-tinged, beautiful people indie grunge of "Bonnie Tyler." (It really is quite amazing how good I am at describing music in a way that is both simple and makes sense!) Take a listen in the replies and make sure to pick up the band's album when it's...

Brendan Kelly and Sam Russo are teaming up for a 7" called Split the Tip, which will be released digitally through Red Scare Industries on May 13 and physically on May 20. Today we're bringing you a stream of "Frangelico Houston", which is one of Brendan's songs that you can hear in the replies. According to him it's written about the time he hung out with Peter Murphy and he was drunk in the morning. Lines in the song are lifted from actual conversations that they had. If you like the song pre-orders are currently available.
