It seems has though Chris Day, guitarist and last original member of Norma Jean, has left the band. He no longer appears on the band's Instagram page, the band no longer appears on his, and another guitarist has been playing live. No word from the band so far.
Our insurance should cover a good amount, but simply being in an ICU room for almost a week is going to be a hefty charge, let alone the surgery, care and having to be flown on a fixed wing plane etc. For those that were asking how to help in that dept, we're looking into creative ways to help financially. (Raffling off something cool or something like that.)

Norma Jean have completed tracking their new album. The effort will be released in June via Razor & Tie Records.
We had a lot of fun writing this record. We moved our space to a secluded area and wrote off and on for about two years. We really pushed ourselves to do something really different while expanding on what we've done in the past. We also slapped some old school classic Norma Jean nastiness on it. We really struggled between wanting to have the fastest songs we've ever written to having the most groove driven songs, so the record is about half and half.
