Arctic Monkeys - Suck it and See... such a great record with literally 0 seconds of thought put into the art

And Brand New - Daisy is fantastic art. Whoever posted that is a loon

Isn't the "artificial sweeteners are worse than actual sugar" argument been proven something like five years ago? I seem to recall when Coke Zero made it's debut, lots of studies surfaced that showed...

Yeah, with all due respect. I don't think Tame Impala is a lot of people's cup of tea. I've tried to get into them but like the guy said above, I find it boring. I think it's the vocalist. It's...

Maroon 5 is my #1 guilty pleasure band, but 'V' was a lot of trash and this is god-awful. There was some stuff on previous records that sounded so fresh and I really wanted to take off and move pop...

Hey, no I remember I read a ton of reviews when it first came out, and it wasn't every review, but I remember it was mentioned quite a bit. I remember Pitchfork for sure called it an "album...

Just to chime in on people's opinions on this thread... I agree that Black Sun is a snooze. I disagree that songs like "Everything's a Ceiling" (one of the two saddest songs on the album, lyrically)...

Title track sounds like it could belong on 29 (good thing)

'It's In My Head' is very RnR-era (good thing)

The last song is not worth listening to more than once (worst thing)

The mixing in Paralyzed is odd, but the rest of this record is mixed brilliantly.

7 tracks in and this is infinitely better than Neighbourhoods. Tom's best since WDNTW even after half a first listen.

Just literally came home from a run where "Settle Down" came on and I was thinking of how badly I wanted this band to start up with something new.

I also agree with the comment that would prefer...

I'd kill for an 8 song LP that totals like 55-60 minutes. I wish the band (Tom) just focused on creating long, slow-building mood pieces like some of the stuff off their debut, or even their last...

Not as good as the backstage Fallon one but still pretty incredible. Probably my favourite vocalist of all time. Guy can flat out sing.
Also, a really cool interview from a few weeks ago explained...
