It was the first boys against girls season, first episode, and the challenge was a team obstacle course and they had to shimmy across a low beam and not touch the ground. He was tethered to an Asian guy and they kept touching the ground and lost the challenge. It was more the other guys fault but he's a douchebag too so that's probably why they got rid of him.

oh my god, i remmber him, he couldnt even get across the beam and they didnt even finish the course cuz of him, haha oh man...

Also, you notice the dark-skinned guy didn't say a damn word all episode? I have no idea who he is, but he's a quiet guy... they barely show him, too.
