HANG OUT WITH MADINA LAKE ON SET AT THEIR VIDEO SHOOT!
Would you like to meet Madina Lake and hang out on the set while they shoot their Welcome To Oblivion video? You’ve got the chance to do it by helping out non-profit organization Music for Relief. Mateo, Nathan, Matthew and Dan are challenging you to join the new musicforrelief.org website and then invite as many other people as possible. Every Musicforrelief.org member who invites and gets 10 other new members to join the site will be entered to win a *day on the video set with Madina Lake in Los Angeles on Sunday Sept 20th!

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO ENTER AND WIN
1) If you haven’t already, join musicforrelief.org
2) Invite as many people as possible to join musicforrelief.org
3) Make sure to tell each person you invite that after they join they need to add a badge to their profile found at http://musicforrelief.org/ and then reply to the forum entitled “Madina Lake Referral Contest” with your name so that you get credit for inviting them.
4) Once you’ve referred at least 10 people who’ve all joined, email Whitney@musicforrelief.org with their member names.
5) You have officially entered the contest when you email Whitney with the names of the people you’ve gotten to join.
6) Deadline to enter is 12 noon PT on Saturday Sept. 19th

You know you're a douchebag when you have contests for people to hang out with you. This isn't "Paris Hilton's new BFF" or whatever.

I signed up to write for my university's newspaper yesterday and they were offering a free CD or book to whoever signed up... so I looked through the variety of CDs and found Attics to Eden at the very bottom (and obviously chose that one). Great CD, but I only owned it digitally before then.

Wish I could enter, but I'm slightly far away... hahah

seriously? it's for their fucking video shoot. it's not like they can just open it to everyone (like if the theme they are going with doesn't require extras and such). therefore, they decide to have a contest. that makes them douchebags? i'll be sure to let them know that next time they are chilling outside after a show for an hour talking to every last person. you clearly don't know this band AT ALL

i don't care if you like them or not, your original comment was just stupid so i had to call you out on it. tons of bands have these kinds of contests, it doesn't make them douchebags. not to mention it probably wasn't even their idea, but their label's.

Yeah, calling them douchebags probably wasn't exactly necessary. Basically, I just hate bands who act like huge rockstars, even when they are huge. It's just annoying.

yeah, i get your point. i just don't think this contest is them acting like huge rockstars at all, nor will they ever think of themselves that way haha. but i do agree that it's annoying when bands act that way. this is honestly probably just something their label thought up for promotion and such.

They are doing it for charity, guys.

I can attest to these guys being super rad dudes. Don't hate!
