What a maroon.
Get a $250 wifi backup drive or AT LEAST an online back-up service if you use a laptop. They're very easily stolen and you have to get a new one anyways, so keep backups. I used to lose all my shit all the time due to crashes, but now it's so easy to do that you're just careless if you don't do it
