Just make sure you get paid up front... or at least a deposit...

otherwise (in my experience with them) they will s:
1. say the band isn't into them
2. show them to a cheaper designer
3. have said designer do them (in horrible color combos)
4. sell them in hot topic.

just saying, that's what they did to me.. two times that i know of. i won't say who the band was, but i didn't find it very cute............


but really the people there seem rad, maybe i just spoke with a bad apple (won't say any names.. i don't believe he is with the label anymore, either).

i actually used to work there when i first started designing, man i sucked really bad then. Id love to do some more work for them

I hope you designers submitting like to be paid about 10-20% of what your work would be worth to some other company. FBR = cheap-asses.
