Eron told me they have the right to record for another label as long as they can find a label that will buy out their contract from Victory or something to that effect. Which they are working on now, JT denied them signing to Virgin which has been talked about here, but did say they talked to Virgin at one point about singing. They have all the songs written and have done some pre-production work with Howard Benson, however they have not recorded anything, yet. He said they are touring the rest of the year and hope to be working on the new album by early 2008.
After the show they gave everyone a free ticket to see them down in Cinci next weekend, nice guys. Eron continues to be one of the nicest guys I've ever met, he sat at their merch table for a good 3 hours before the show talking to everyone, selling the merch, autographs, everything like that. June played right before Hawthorne Heights, after June's set he went up on stage and helped them take all of their equipment down, he is just a really nice guy.
