Hello!! I am a hugh fan of Hopeless and the music indie industry as a whole. I am a Marketing student at the University at Buffalo and I was wondering what is important in getting involved with Hopeless and if there is internships or What i can do to get involved? Thanks you!
all the info for an internship is on our website and we are currently looking :)
-How many hard copy submissions do you get a day in comparison to digital? Do you have a preference? Neither?
-What do you listen to most in the office - your own bands, others, or new ones?
-Thoughts on Spotify?
PS: Love your bands, very much, the last year has definitely been the Year of Hopeless Records between TDS, TWY and just discovered Enter Shikari. Rock the f*ck on.
If this is too sensitive/confidential of a question, then I totally understand but I wanted to ask just in case:
Is it awkward (I would assume so haha) when two bands on your roster get into "twitter" fights or seem to just hate each other (referring to The Dangerous Summer and We Are The In Crowd) and how does the label handle that, if at all?
I would have wanted to release Adele's 21, just for the monies haha
Yeah, we are in the conference room listening to Notorious B.I.G. while we chat... If we had that Adele money, we'd be throwin' it around, just like he does in all his badass videos.
