I wasn't aware that something like this was a violation of his free speech.....in short, I'm pretty sure it's not. Although not altogether fair that they are asking him to change his title, constitutional violation seems like a gross overreaction

Agreed. It's really a technicality and honestly Joe would be better off choosing another title anyway.
