Awesome. I think it's kind of a no-brainer to say that these guys are going to be huge.

I hear so much hype from this band.

I'm bummed. I only saw like two nights ago that they were going to be coming here to Fresno with Number One Gun and Brighten. I was super excited. Then when I read this this morning I was like wtf! One of the reasons I wanted to go was cuz of The Maine. Now its just Brighten mainly since Number One Gun went to a solo project now

agreed. i've always thought it was kind of lame when a band would drop their previous engagements [tour or whatever else it may be] for recording.

No joke. They were a big part of why I was going to this tour. Not that I don't thoroughly like Brighten... I just prefer to enjoy at least two bands a lot. Without The Maine I'm back down to one.

It would make sense to finish out the tour, but a lot of times recording studios and/or producers have schedules and limited windows open for recording time. Most studios and producers (good ones atleast) can be booked up for months and months. Maybe they wanted a certain producer or studio and now is their only chance to record.
