I still buy CDs.. I can't find myself paying on iTunes when it is so easily to get mp3s for Free, yet I refuse to steal music..

Definitely still buy CDs but feel like a major anomaly.

still buy cds. just ordered 3 off amazon a couple days ago actually. i will always prefer something physical over anything digital.

Why would I buy CDs when I can give my money to Apple?

Digital only is lame as shit. but on NPR this morning they were talking about how all the major formats have lasted about 30 years

I'm more of a vinyl guy but I'm sick of everything being digitised lately. I don't feel like I truly own something unless it's a physical copy.

If I'm going to get a physical, I'll get vinyl. But, I won't pass up a CD if it's the only medium available, always sounds better in the car than MP3s.

I hate myself for this but I cant keep myself from doing it. Lets take the new Chariot record for example. I love the band and the record is killer. Easy purchase right? Well I subscribe to Spotify and now I cant bring myself to spend the cash on a physical copy that I will probably never listen to, flip through the artwork once, and then let it take up space on the shelf for the rest of the year. I know I need to support the bands I love but I just dont have the motivation anymore.

I re-bought a lot of used CDs from Amazon when I realized I could get them for like a dollar or 2 and cheap shipping. Was much cheaper than buying digital on iTunes.
